How to play Dungeons and treasures?

I try to learn how to play this game, but is it my hard luck. That i never ever able to play.. Tell me step by step what i need to do? They told me to train some soldiers.. then there was a blinking link i click on that they said congratulation you have trained 5 soldiers.. then nothing happened.. no gold increase no xp gain.. can someone teach me actually where to click to start the game?

the number of soldiers that you train is some kind of bonus game, once you take some soldiers, then go to the 4 kingdoms, and you will see "you have XX tickets to open" XX is the number of tickets in your possesion, then use your tickets to gain esteem points, and when the contest is over, deending on your rank you have a bonus of gold, and if finish between 5 best also got star points
