Fish Adobo Recipe

I am trying to eat healthy and minimize my red meat intake but I love adobo. I only know pork and chicken adobo recipes. What kind of fish is suitable to cook as adobo? What spices go with fish adobo? Do you cook fish adobo the same way as pork or chicken?
