Paid to click and paid to read e-mails

I would like to ask about that paid to click (PTC) or paid to read (PTR) e-mails, are they true? Do you really earn at that kind of stuff? and can anyone put some list or PTC or PTR sites that really truly pays money or should I say not a scams? and also sites that pays bigger than the usual.

After a lot of work and a lot of disapointment with scam sites, I´m finally earning a little under $100 a month. For me it means money. I save it all for a week or two a year of wonderful vacations.
Sometimes the better sites are the ones that pay less. They are usually serious.
