Palmbux - payout disable

I've reached the minimum payment amount at Palmbux (PTC site) so I went to cashout, then it came up with a message saying "all cashout options are currently disabled".
We were unable to access Palmbux twice in last month or so, the latest incident happened not even a week ago... is Palmbux turning into a scam? I had doubts about this for a while now :(
If anyone else is having any issues of suspicions about Palmbux, please share information!

Hi there, well i am not member of palmbux but the other day someone made a discussion here that he received his payment in palmbux. So i guess there is problem in the site and you check it again later, anyway goodluck to you hope you will receive better answer so all your worries will be taken away about palmbux, keep on mylotting
