No, you cannot. You have to be veified in order to withdraw your funds on PayPal.

In India it is possible. I don't know about Philippines conditions. I have withdrawn few months back.

Yes you can withdraw from your paypal account even if your account is unverified.
The minimum amount to withdraw is $10 and they charge a fee of $1 approx for every payment below 148 dollars approx.

The responses in this thread has proven to be very helpful. I have been wringing my hands these past few days because my BDO card cannot be verified by paypal. I will open a unionbank EON account so that I can withdraw my funds. =)

HI shhheila,
Dear Friend, I am working on this online earning field since 2 year and have earned a much amount from this field, even though I don't have a Credit card and for a Indian its quite hard to get a credit card too, that's why I have not verified my Paypal account, Still i have withdraw my Paypal account money to my Local bank account about 19-20 times till now, Just remember Paypal have a limit of $500 transaction per month so Please don't cross, then I will not face any problem.

you cannot withdraw i think.U need to have a credit card and get it verified to withdraw the funds you have in paypal.But you need not get it verified to shop/buy online but to convert it into money and withdraw from your bank you have to verify it with a credit card

Hi madugulagopi, of course you can withdraw funds from your unverified paypal account to your SBI or any other nationalized bank in India. To do that you should give your bank account number, ISFC number etc. An unverified paypal account holder have some restrictions. One withdrawal per month upto $500 is allowed. Minimum anount of withdrawal is $10.$1 sending fee to your bank account. I have already withdrawn $10, that is Rs. 500/- to my State Bank of India account. The thread is here in mylot, but I cannot find it out, because it is many pages away. I don't know about Philippines conditions.

You can receive funds with your paypal account but you can not withraw from it unless it gets verified. You need a credit card or a bank account to link to your paypal account. Since you are from the Philippines, you can use Union Bank EON card to link to your paypal account. That is what most Filipinos use to get their paypal accounts verified. Go to the nearest Union Bank branch in your area and apply for an EON card. It is a Visa debit card that is used electronically. No maintaining balance required. You only need to pay Php 350.00 annual fee. Remember, your EON card must have a balance of at least Php 100.00 or $1.95 when you link it to your Paypal account because it will be needed for activation fee.
