I dont want to open up this kind of topic but Its my only way to lessen up my my feelings because it really gets me depressed. Actully I am planning to resign with my work because my boss always blames me always if something get wrong. She is asking me to do such report that I cant make but I did my best to do this proposal and i finished it I already asked on of my senior to check it and it was ok. But my boss keeps on asking me to revise it and I dont know what was wrong to her. I am really sad for the attitude that she had shown me. She always yells at me if there are many people around us. I dont know whats wrong with her.

i, too, am having a subtle bad relationship with the boss. she cannot yell at me because i guess she knows that i won't tolerate being yelled. i always speak my mind when i am right.
what pisses me off is her utter disregard for being fair and unbiased for her staff. some staff just go out of the office and returning above the hours permitted (maximum of 2 hours a week), go on leave without even filing a leave of absence beforehand or not calling in sick for the day. she is too lenient for staff who just bows down and take every task and word she tells them.
i have noticed that she treats me differently. there was an instance in the past where i fought for my right when my salary was withheld by the accountant ... went on to file a case with one governing body but they clearly sided with the accountant for their seeming fear that their requests for reimbursements or fund releases will not be expediently processed. i always stand for my right and for what is the truth and i do not allow myself to be "used". she had my support as an employee even doing things not my job but when the time came that i needed her support in the accountant's intention delay of my salary, no support from the lady boss was given.
i go to work as required by my schedule, do my tasks as required of me, leave the office when it is time to leave, in short, i exercise all duties and responsibilities as required by employees.
sometimes, employees have to assert their right and show the boss that he cannot just be "used".
as to ur boss, the problem is with her and not with u. so, keep on working nonestly and diligently but be alert of job opportunities elsewhere.

i think you should have a one on one with your boss to actually communicate and clarify what actually she expect from you. Thing can become worst if both of you and your boss keep on going for a cold war. If you really do not like this job, my advice to you is to quit and find a new job

I wonder why bosses are like this though.I have a boss too and whenever he is angry we are very afraid because we know he will vent out the anger with us. He has scolded me once infront of his guests and I was like nearly crying so it is just impossible to work with such a boss, I am planning to quit job this month. Hope I get a better one.

Try harder what she wants and if she still doesn't likes what you did, then better resign...

It is terrible!Maybe it's her who she is!Be patient and find a new chance,a better job,and of course, maybe she thought you can be a big one and give you so many chances..
