Do you think you have spent a substantial summer vacation?

Now the new term has started as usual,and I cannot help to recall the time I spent in my vacation.On the whole,I don't think I have spent a substantial vacation.I'm a little lazy at home,therefore I have wasted lots of precious time.I didn't do things according to my plan and without doubt I failed to accomplish my tasks.Now I come to realize the importance of self-control.I'm not sure whether I can handle my time properly from now on.But I do think it's time to take action to change.What about you?Have you spent a substantial summer vacation?What did you do to adhere to your original plan?
