AHHHHHHH!!!!!! There are way too many breakfast foods to choose from and you definitely can't eat them all at once. What's the best breakfast food or breakfast meal?

Haha you seem like a fast food person. What kind of noodles though? Like a spaghetti? Or ramen? or what?

Actually, I don't think I am "a fast food person". If I was a fast food person, I would choose bread. I mean noodles balances the speed and taste well. I usually cook ramen noodels. The taste mostly depends on the soup you make. You can make the soup simple or you can make the soup complicated full of technoloty. LOL.

I think scramble eggs and sausage with oat meal and orange juice, it is good enough for me just to have them several days a week as breakfast.

I seriously love my breakfast when it is parathas for breakfast. I just love them It is a traditional indian breakfast with stuffed veggies like potatoe, cabbage onion, spices and rolled into a knewd flour into pancake, and roasted on a iron flat pan with lots and lots of ghee simmered into it.

Well, we don't have that much food during break fast. it's either dish and rice or simply as bread and coffee. of course, too much breakfast can be really exaggerating....
