PAYPAL ER or SCAMMED..?

hey all..
i used one particular id for the paypal..
i used the account till recently..
yesterday i asked for a payout at one of the major PTC
www.trekpay.com
i ve seen that the money has been transferred to the paypal..
but the problem is..i still dint get that credited ti my account..
have i been scammed..? or is it a normal delay.?
plz help.!

I have never been paid by Trekpay but I do know that sometimes when you receive payments you actually have to accept them. Maybe that is the case here?
