What is the most difficult dish/meal you have every made?

Well, I don’t know if you have heard of Biryani, a famous Indian dish of Muslim origin. We all love biryani at home and can have it anytime. But preparation of Biryani is a huge and tedious process and I have never been able to do it at home. First of all it requires a lot of spices and the meat has to be marinated beforehand and semi cooked…then you have to mix the entire meat with uncooked rice, add measured water, cover the pan tightly and let it simmer. The rice gets cooked in the juices of the meat over a long time. I tired making it many times at home but the result was just not it. We always have to get it from restaurants whenever we crave biryani.

i'd have to go for making a cake, hence the fact i give them to my mum to make for me. i only will do a cake once every so often for a special ocassion. thou last time i made a mud cake it worked out perfect in my view.
