web sufer... it it a real job and you get paid for it?

My mother thwe other day had some list she printed of the computer about job that don't need a degree and Web sufer was listed on this list. Dose any one know how to become a web sufer and get paid for it?
I just want more information I have been looking on line and cant really find anything.

I'm not positive on the details, but be carefull. There are alot of shady co. out there. Expalin to your mom, there's no need to pay for any job!!!! I was a dumbo a few times, not to mention a waste of time. Good luck to your mom.
