Legal status of marijuana

Personally I think that the legal status of marijuana should be changed.
I believe that it should no longer be an illegal drug. In my mind there are many more cases for marijuana being legal than there are for it being illegal.
To name a few;
It can have major health benefits,
Making it legal would allow the state to control it (therefore making money, liscensing it correctly),
it is not a dangerous drug, especially compared to alcohol/tobacco which kill thousands every year.
What are other mylotters views on the great cannibas debate?

Oh, yeah....Like inhaling anything into your lungs can be good for you. Mmmhhmm. Would you want to ride in a taxi or bus, or plane that is driven by someone who has just smoked pot? What's that I hear, crickets? Lol, thought so.
