Hi everyone i just wanted to know when you do a mylot task how long does it take to get accepted if it is i mean just an average amount of time and how long after the task is accepted does it take for you to get paid. One more detail about the tasks are, where does the money go to your mylot account or does it immediately go into your paypal account. Thanks a whole lot for the responses guys i really got to know this.

Now the time varies depending on the task which you perform, usually it takes around 2 days. 70% of the cases, your tasks wont get approved hence I hardly go to the task area & would rather prefer to invest that time into discussions so that I can earn more in discussions rather than wasting my time in doing Tasks.
Your money will go into myLot account balance & you will get your payout once you reach minimum payout.
Happy Lotting

I'm sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience with your task submissions, taztheone :( That's really a shame. However, I don't think it's fair to make a statement that "70% of the cases, your tasks won't get approved..." because that is simply not true. I have been doing the SharonBucks writing tasks since myLot first began offering the Tasks feature months ago and I have no rejections at all for any of them. It has really helped my income level here. I do agree that it seems that some task creators are not taking care of their approvals and payouts but that's not the case for ALL task creators. I'm glad that you find success in posting in the discussions, though, and I wish you good luck with it!

oh ya, I didn't give an official figure & it was just an approximate value I have given from the different kind of people I came across Including myself. I had many of my friends, who complained about tasks. Now to be simple, to complete a task, you need around 30 - 45 mins. Now if you invest this time into discussions, you can earn more than what you get in tasks(unless the task is for more than $1). So if its a task for say more than 30 cents, you can try your luck & if you are already a professional writer, then you can surely get the amount.
I do respect your experience in mylot & I appreciate your comment but if you can show me 5 out of 10 new people who find success with tasks I will truly appreciate your experience in myLot or else I will say shame shame back to you
(hope you will take it in a friendly way)
Now Don't worry New guys you can definitely find success with tasks & the reason why people are not a great fan of tasks is that 1) they like making discussions more than tasks, 2) they are not that good at writing 3) Lack of experience
So try your luck if you want to earn some money & if you find success with it, then its great.

It really depends on how much time the task creator has alloted for it. But in my case, you will be notified within 24 hours whether your submission is accepted or not. And when you're approved, it will add automatically to your mylot account and NOT on your paypal account. Only when you are eligible for payout will the money be reflected on your paypal. Hope that's clear enough

It changes all the time. Sometimes they grade and approve them super fast and sometimes especially over the weekend they can linger for a few days. But do not worry they always get to them. You will definitely hear back. If your work only needs a little tweaking they will send it back to you for rework. If it really needs a lot of work they will reject it. Hope this helps! :)

I think the time to take for you to get pay is depend on how much time the user need to spend to check the tasks. Once the user accept you task, money will go to your mylot account. I try my first task today. 15 mins later, I got pay immediately. I am happy with it.
