How do you make money with Traffic Exchange Sites?

I know that there are a few out there that pay you to surf and such, but I am looking for sites to put into a Traffic Exchange program in order to make some money. I'm looking for more of something where I could put ads on my page and they get viewed and I get paid because I know that not many people in those programs actually sign up for your sites... I got over 1000 views for Vindale Research and not one single signup. I just want to hear your ideas and see what you maybe do. Thanks!

I Don't I am involved with site named Easyhits4u but unfortunately, i still haven't got my first payout yet. and that's bad for me. I have no idea about Vindale Research, is it good, i really don't know that site.

I actually purchased a site on eBay for about $30 :)
It's not doing all that well, but I put little effort into it as I have zero time.
