I'm just wanna ask, if someone need your help for giving your money to them and offer you some agreement, what will you do ?

NOOOOOOOOO.. take my advise. NNNOOOOOOOOO... if you want to give to charities, you might as well go straight to reputable foundations.
Some people are bound to keep on asking on you more than once. they can be very abusive and lax. Dont expect anything in return from someone you dont know and you will likely be disappointed.
take my advice. been there. done that. and now im broke. and i cant even get my money back. there are so many whackos and scammers in this world. Dont be victimized.

for me, if they asking me, I will give my money for them ONLY if I have more money to give. And before I give them my money, first I will investigate, you know, doing as detective's things, and when I'm sure they will use it well, I will give them for free. I'm just want to give to them if they want to create a business so they can make money by them self. I'm also don't care if they not give my money back, since I give them for free, but if they want to payback, then I will accept it. I'm just think carefully. Because, most of peoples like that, in the end working in "dark world", and I don't want this world become full of people like that.

let me tell you about my personal experience on that. I know this guy personally from a church organization. We had been getting along quite really good. He is into socio-civic activities and came up with an investment scheme for korean schools in the country. There are many opportunities of koreans here so i say go. I gave him the money and i infact, solicited money from friends and family to come up with additional fund. The investment scheme he created provides a return investment as early as 6 months. I was supposed to apply it for 3 years for higher yeild but i decided to withdraw the money as early as 6 months. Here comes payback time last may 2008, he was so hard to find! he kept on committing, yes ill give the money back to you" but still nothing comes. I was so ashamed of family and friends such that i had to shoulder their initial fund so as not to loose their trust. The guy provided me a promissory note stating that he would start paying up last month. But until now, none. I kept all the documents for that. And this week, i am now filing a legal complaint under civil and criminal charges against the guy.
I dont know if i had been greedy. nevertheless, i just want my money back. He has a choice to either pay me back or rot in jail. Pray for me.

i did something like that two years ago. but it tought me a great lesson because he is a cheater.
so what i wanna say is that i am frightened and wil never speak to strangers, let alone give them money.
