yes, i do that for some items that i need. i usually compare prices of books for my children and before buying it in a particular store, i make sure that it sells the cheapest. i call the bookstores beforehand and ask their respective prices, then i make my decision. if i buy in bulk, say for curtain materials for the house (sometimes i buy 30 to 40 meters of cloth), i also call the stores beforehand and also ask them if they offer discounts for larger quantities. if not, i would decide to buy from the store that i keep a discount card (10% discount is already big enough).

It depends on what kind of rush I'm in. If I just need to get in, get out, and go I'll pay the couple extra dollars which is usually the most the price will vary around here. However, I always comparison shop for ink. And then, because I like the store best I will go and tell Best Buy if I found it cheaper and then I will return the ink I bought somewhere else because Best Buy has price matching and I'm in their membership club so it's best for me to buy there. You would think they would have gotten wise to me in this effort because I've done it at least five times. It's kind of cool. I always pay the cheapest price and I still get my membership points.

I always compare prices between all the stores I shop at. I hate shopping somewhere and paying several dollars more for something that I could have gotten for much cheaper so I tend to compare the prices of items before I buy them if I can. I like knowing that I can save money even if it's just a few dollars.

I also compare prices when shopping.I don't want to spend my money on stuff i will not use for a long time.I want to get the best out of my money.even if i buy in thrift stores I still go around.but even if the item is cheap,i won't buy if i don't really, really, really like it.

I think I don't. It's because I'm very picky with the stores where I shop so when I need to buy something, I immediately know where to purchase it. I'm too lazy to go around shops because I find it tiring.Ö Strange huh?

No, not really. It takes time to go around and compare prices. Usually they are priced the same regardless of what department store you go to.

Yes, I always compare the price and specially the quality, it's better that you buy cheaper things but has a good quality. Buying expensive and all can be an assurance that it will give you the good quality of the product. So guys be wise to buy things.
