I do not have much sleepwear... I usually sleep on Big shirts..whatever I can grab first after I take a shower.
But there are a few things I like to wear over and over...like my really old beat up hand-me-down pajama ... I never let it rest...i see it in the laundry every single week...
it is so comfortable to sleep on it... it is so light and soft... and loose...
I love to sleep on really lose clothes...
i don't wear sexy nighties...I am not into it...
how about you?what's your most comfortable sleepwear?

My most comfortable sleepwear is shorts and spaghetti straps. Because its so hot i our country, my pajamas are always on the last column of my clothes. I seldom use loose long shirts cause, like what i have said, the weather here is humid. Chances wre, to wear skimpy yet breathable clothes or the long ones but you'll get sweaty easily.

It's always cold during nights koala ain't it?no matter how hot and uncomfy it is during the day...
shorts and spaghettis are nice to sleep on to... the softer, the most comfortable..
the lighter, the better..coz it's like you're not wearing anything at all... makes anyone sleep better I guess..or maybe that's just what I think so.
so you don't like wearing blankets at all huh?

I always use blankets at night because i want to cover my stomach. I am prone to having gas pain.
The weather in our country is very unpredictable. Sometimes even at night, it's still humid and the electric fan is not enough to make the weather cold. So the tendency is, we have to take a shower before going to bed. We even used ice before to make the air of the electric fan cold. We place the plastic of ice in front of the electric fan so that we can feel a little bit of cold air during hot summer nights.
But now that the "ber" months is in, i guess i have to put those pajamas again and wear spaghetti straps *still*.

I don't have any sleepwear really. In the summer I sleep in a pair of shorts and a tee shirt or tank top and in the winter I sleep in a pair of flanne pants a tee shirt with a v neck long sleeve shirt over it. I have not slept in a gown in 25 years. My mother is 84 years old and would not think of not sleeping in regular sleepwear. She can't get over me not sleeping a nightgown or pajamas.

Hello patofgold23. Every weekend, i look at my friends' discussions and reply to them no matter how old it is. and you happen to be my friend of the week! hehehe
My answer is so humiliating. i wear nothing but i do sleep with a blanket. when it is cold, i do wear a sweater but that is all, and still with a blanket. hehehe... secrets revealed.

u are so like me. i don't have much sleepwear nor nighties to sleep with.
i also have a beat up pajama with the very soft material. it is my late husband's actually and i was sad that i had to part away with it just last week. my daughter already commented on it and was glad i "laid it to rest" but not permanently, hahaha. i downgraded it to the "rugs department".

I am comfortable to sleep without wearing any but pants. That is why I don't have sleepwear.
As we all know in the Philippines. Weather is hot and even in cold time.
Sometimes I wear only brief to sleep at night. It is comfortable for me for not wearing any since I am alone in the room.
Have a nice day and nice to exchange views again with you my friend. Take care

that is funny ! I looked at one of my old night shirts last night and it is purple withe green frogs on it and has about 100 holes in it!
I was thinking I should throw it away but couldn't bring myself do that.
I'll wear it til it falls off me I guess !
Just won't wear it if I have company--------LOL

NOOOOOOOO, I didn't count ALL the holes LOL,
I've had it for a long, loong, long time and have worn the frogs off it LOL
it's still my favorite . it's soft, comfy and OH , SO NOT VERY BECOMING LOL
Really I have three that I bought at the same time about a kazillion years ago and if I have company, I DO NOT wear them :)
I have this one pair I bought specifically for company. It's like a short set and kinda satiny.
I find I throw my legs and end up on top of the covers, so I try to have bottoms on when I have company just in case !!!
But, don't ya think it's nice we can have such a thing and love the living day lighs out of it !!???
Comfort is the name of the game when we go to bed :)
HOpe you have a great nite in your comfies :)

Hi Patofgold23
I don't like wearing PJ's because they are just not comfortable to me they ride up and I get hot from moving around while I'm sleep in my opinion the best way is in the buff,no restrictions however I do like to wear a tank top and ladies boxers thats comfortable enough at times. Some people are comfortable with nightgowns or PJ's ,sweatshirts on a cold night even long johns and some of course choose to wear nothing at all oh well whatever floats your boat.

I don't have pajamas or ever did I get to wear any when I was young.. that I could remember. I sleep with clothes that I usually wear when I am at home. When its cold, I usually wear clothes with thicker fabric and long pants and sleeves. Not that tight or lose, just regular ones. Sometimes I don't get to have a shirt on since it is sometimes hot here at our place.

Thanks, I was quite flattered with your initial message on your reply. Being busy at work.. if I could only earn more online.. more to pay the bills..
Well, going back..
Not that I have no favourites. Well, I don't really have a lot of clothes to wear, I would even consider them as 'uniforms' since I usually get to wear them a few times each week (-_-")
I go to work and when I get back, I would wear the same shirt that I woke up with the same day.. (^_^")
I do however have clothes that I really take good care of. Mostly gifts from people that I am really grateful for giving me something as such.

It depends on how hot or cold it is. I usually like to wear a tank top, but if it's cold, I will wear a big, baggy t-shirt. For bottoms, I like to wear either stretchy shorts, basketball shorts, yoga or pajama pants. I don't typically wear socks to bed, but sometimes I do if it is really cold. I can never wear long-sleeve shirts, no matter how cold it is because it bothers me for some reason. I don't wear sexy nighties or lingerie to bed, no way. And I always wear bottoms to bed. I can't stand to wear just a t-shirt with nothing underneath or go to bed just in my underwear or anything. I have to be fully clothed. I don't know why.

I like big T too.. and I will also wear those kaftan to sleep at times.. basically, as long as the material is going to be comfortable for sleep, I wear them to bed.
I don't really have pyjamas, and I now since giving mummy's milk to my child, nursing sleep wear is the best for me, which give me lots more easier to feed my baby when she needs it.
Therefore, T shirts are the alternative too for me.

i'm so with you on that cwong.. it's so worth it...there were nights i stay up the whole night just watching my baby and how cute he breathes...yeah that was weird of me..but i was so in-love with my baby from the very day I felt him inside me until now he's 14 years old, i can't get over the excitement of having him, and still feels like I gave birth yesterday.

hi there: I'm jut like you. no sixy nightwear for me. I just want to be comfy as possible and anything slinky, satiny or lacy just puts me off (sleep). I love to wear the oldest, faded, almost falling apart nighty thats so cool and comfy. It's simply bliss to slip into that on a hot, steamy night and unless its cold, I don't much care for PJs too.

Well, I haven't gone for any special kind of sleepwear, its just the usual.Ya i do change my dress during the evenings after taking a shower.I don't go for any rough and tough dress at night, because I love to sleep, that too when its a holiday the next day.i have heard many sleep without anything on,wow its one kind of a sleep, what do you say?
I earlier used pajamas as you mentioned during my 15-18 years but left on that,it felt some kind of daily time waste, well its actually good to choose between dresses for night as they have to very very comfortable indeed, for a cozy ,soft and relaxing sleep.

the more comfortable we wear, the better we sleep...
sleeping with nothing on??nah..i can't do that...I'm not used to it...sure it does sound comfortble...but I can't be comfortable doing it since i'm not used to it...i always want something over my skin.
