Do you go for a plain ice cream or you like more than just one flavor?

I noticed that my aunts or my grandma, they usually go for the plain ones, like vanilla or, chocolate.. While me and my brothers and sister would go craxy for different flavors, we have our favorites, but we always wanted to try something new. How about you?

Sometimes I go for the chocolate- vanilla twist cone - soft serve. This way I get both flavors.

Maybe in their case it's "playing it safe" I suppose when they were younger the only flavours that were popular were vanilla/chocolate. Personally I'm not a big fan of ice-cream, I prefer sorbets....fruity and refreshing!

I agree, they're probably like the ones they grew up with. I actually tried to give them new ones, but they just keep coming back for the plain ones.

It really depends. I guess mixed flavours can be more tasty, because you're having variety. However, sometimes it's just plain nice to have an ice cream of a single flavour because you really get a craving for that certain flavour, you know.

I mostly like more interesting flavor combinations with at least one mix in item rather than just plain ice cream, however, I will sometimes have just vanilla. This week at the grocery store we ended up just with checkered flag (vanilla chocolate mix) because it was the only flavor left of the brand on a great sale. It is kind of boring, but it is better than paying twice as much for ice cream. Next week another brand will be cheaper or at least this brand will be more expensive still on sale and not sold out of almost everything because of the super sale price.

I've had that kind of experience before, wellm i guess having no choice isn't that bad at all. As long as you and you're family are having fun eating together!

I love flavors like vanilla and chocolate, but I also like those special kinds. However, I prefer to eat one flavor at a time, because I don't like having, say the top scoop melt onto the bottom scoop. If I want to try 2 flavors at a time, I would prefer to take them separately, unless of course if the two go well together, then I won't mind having to different scoops at a time.

I like to taste new flavors. I do have some favorites but these days they seem to be rare here, so I go just for anything new. Nothing to loose after all,
