just what does she do ? and where is she. i know what she's supposed to be and do but she's always hidden. why isnt she in the public eye ?

The position of Secretary of State is not necessarily a high profile one. I don't remember seeing Ms. Rice's every move, as well. I think much of what happens on the international scene is diplomacy diplomacy diplomacy, and sometimes negotiation. I don't always agree with what I've seen so far, but I think Hillary Clinton is trying to represent the U.S. well.
