Well i started the job like a month ago, and my boss is really attracted to me. When were out on a date, we play around a lot. When it comes to work, she's my boss, and I'm her employee. I just don't see what the problem is. Everyone says that you shouldn't do it. Its going great for me. What do you guys think?

Hmm. i have done that also.. though in the ended, I found out that my boss is already married with two children.. hehehe.
Anyway, before I knew the truth about his life, I was also in the same boat as you.. I didn't think that it was really an issue between us.. I even felt that he was more strict with me compared to his other subordinates.. I think as long as you know how to separate personal from business life then it would definitely be okay.

There are a couple of different reasons this is discouraged.
1. Many people find it difficult to separate their roles as employer and lover in a situation like this. Your boss is opening herself up to possible charges of discrimination if one of the other people she employs knows about your relationship and feels as though you are being treated better or given better tasks than others.
2. If something happens and the relationship ends badly, you are likely to have a difficult time working together. This applies to an intimate relationship with any coworker really, but it's even worse for you if it's your boss because she could decide to find some tiny legitimate reason to fire you just because you two broke up.
