Hi Ravich! I think you can only use Credit Cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. I dont think they'll accept Visa Debit. You can just call their hotline to make sure.

I think if although paypal say we can use our debit card to verifying our paypal account, but it doesn't mean every debit card can do it. If you can do it with your debit card, then i think you should apply for a credit card and use that credit card. Usually debit card, especially which issuing by certain banks, can not support for online transaction. It's mean we can use it for internet purposes.
