You can install the 90 days free trail of norton internet security 2009 from the norton website itself

To put it simple, you cannot get norton anti virus for free. But there are lot of good anti virus which are available for free. And some of them are better than Norton, atleast from my experience. You might want to give them a try. The free ones that I have used are antivir and AVG antivirus.
