Obviously, we're here to make little extra. Some people online make a good amount of money, others make residual income while the majority I think makes very, very little. What do you do to make money online?
I've joined PTCs and paid to blog sites like Helium, AC and Squidoo, of course. Apart from that, nothing really. I don't have an existing blog so I don't have anyone renting ad space on it or anything like that.
I'm fairly new to all of this because I used to think that these opportunities were all scams. Back when I first started seeking opportunities to make money online, most of them were nothing but scams out to steal the money of good people.
Some of the PTCs I have joined are Neobux, Bux.gs, Qualitybux and a few others. They are pretty good so far. I have only one issue with Bux.gs though. The admin doesn't really respond to support which I think isn't a very good thing.
While I do know that there are other ways to make money online (CPAs, Clickbank, etc.) I'm still getting my feet wet so to speak because I don't want to get into something that I don't understand. That way, I don't lose money because of my lack of due diligence.
As I look on mylot, I wonder how many members are doing well in their other online endeavors. I must admit, my stats with this whole making money online thing is still on the low end. I guess that's okay because I just started anyway.
So, your thoughts, anybody?

just few.but the good ones... that turly pays.
i don't join all the sites people tell me too and end up wasting my time and scammed.

I have several things that I do to earn extra money online. The PYC sites are okay for earning a few cents at a time, but I have found that if you want real money, you will have to work for it. I earn enough each month to pay a couple of utility bills or buy groceries, and I am working on building that amount a little at a time. If you want to see the ways I am currently earning, go to my profile and look at my blog. I have done a review of the sites I use, and anything I have disucssed in my blog is something that I have done or am still doing. They are legit and actually pay, or they wouldn't be in my blog. You really can earn online, but be prepared to put some work into it. And welcome to MyLot!

Hi! Thank you so much for the reply!
I'll take the time to read your posts, most definitely. The responses I'm getting here is overwhelming and I'm very delighted to be a part of mylot where I can get real responses from real people. Thanks a bunch.
Sounds great to be earning online and yes, I do understand there is work that needs to be put into it but much like anything that pays, right? So I'm up for the challenge.
Many thanks again :)

im with you rgo205. i just started since at home now for the moment. i figured i might as well make the most of my time since i like to talk anyway. But i get alot of email spam talking about making money from home. you if they ask for money its a scam. but i will tell you about elance. they do pay for working from home. make sure you read the term and agreement though. But i am looking in to others i figure if i put enough of them to work i will have a nice supplemental income for just doing something that i like to do. i can sit at my computer for hours at a time.

Hi Twooten!
So I guess we're on the same boat, huh?
Yep, I've heard of elance but I'm not exactly an expert in any field since I'm a working student.
I was lucky enough to get promoted but still have to finish school. I'm on because I think, the internet is such a huge market where people can earn. There are already people earning residual income so why can't I get in, even a little?
Thanks for sharing!

About 3 years ago I started a process with a computer that my partner and I owned together when we broke up he took the computer with him. I too had a personal computer that I ended up losing along with the rest of my belonging in flooding. So here I was 6 months ago surfing the net because I had just become unemployed, and I stumbled accross some information regarding to surveys and rewards and etc. I signed up with one place and now I am signed up to nearly 200 I think. I am wanting to invest in online trading but obviously I have no funds available so I am trying to make money online in order to make more money. However I had to pay for my internet time at Cafe's or use my employment agency computer which meant travel and the initial funds to get there. I waited so very long and now I finally have a computer that I brought 2nd hand and owned for 2 days. It did not have anti virus software on it and crashed it cost me $300 to fix $500 to buy. So finally I have spent the last 2 weeks working very hard (even though others may not think so). I have done so much research and data entry and answered many many surveys. I have received 1 cheque for $50 because I won it in a raffle so it was a 1 off thing. I also received $53 in Paypal from a rewards program. I have invested $50 previously to have access to information. I have also used $30 out of my paypal account to pay for more information that I have not yet received. (not happy about it) Most programs are willing to register me but I dont get picked because I live in Australia. Even when I can I get screened out. I believe I have to give this thing at least 2 years. It will take effort and time as well which I am able to do now so I still have faith and I understand that in this business you will have fall backs and set backs but I have accepted that it is life and any other career would be the same. People think it is a get rich scheme that is a scam and when it doesn't work straight away they tell me im wasting my time but Rome was not built in a day. I encourage people who want to give this sort of thing a try. There is a lot of money to be made on the WWW it's just knowing how to find it and if I am successful (only time will tell) I would show everybody how to do it.
