why chicken is always crowing before dawn/ early morning?

Why chicken is always crowing before dawn/ early morning ..??was:
1. It was habbit of chicken?or
2. It was his destiny to be so?or
3. It's no longger wanted the chicken to sleep?or
4. Or what?why is that? weird .. while the other terrestial animal are not like that?

Hi, interesting question.in fact,chickens are likly to be attacked at any time in the night because they can not see anything,they often feel uncomfortable at night. when they can see things in the morning,they crowing because of excitement,and after a long time,the morning crowing have become a habit of chickens.

Hi There, good question. I think chickens do have generated this habit of crowing in early morning. These chickens are passing this habit to all their ancestors and this cycle will go long way.
