skin firming lotion

I am trying a skin firming lotion. Does this really work? What brand works best? Or do they all work the same? I am using Jergens. I have only been using it for three days. I had twins last year and have lost a lot of weight since. My skin is a bit flabby/saggy in areas. I'm not really sure how to word it. My skin needs help. What do you suggest?
