Reminder about myLot

Hi, I doubt anybody from my times still is around here! Anyway, it's been some 2 or 3 years since I last posted around here and I'm a bit amazed about how myLot is still going strong and steady, good job. What I want is some simple answers, about how it works nowadays...so: we're being paid per posts and referals only? any other thing that matters into how much you get credited for posting here? (like reputation) How much is the minimum for paying out these days? When can I do so, I know that once per month but is there a specific period? Lastly, have you people been paid recently? If so, how much are you making per month these days? I know many of these questions can be answered by the FAQ but I don't know how actualized it is anymore. Thanks in advance.
