Do you have problems sleeping? If so, do you use Stillnox for treating it?

So, do you find yourself having trouble sleeping at night? Do you use any sort of medicine do fight that very annoying condition? I've been taking Stillnox for a while now, while it's decent for what it's worth, it can also be a little addicting. Share your experience with me through this thread!

I have never heard of it before. I have never taken any kind of medication for sleep problems either. I do have a hard time getting enough sleep or falling asleep though. I have alot on my mind.

Well, lucky you then. I am giving a time out to the medicine as we speak, even if it'll be even worse for me to get some sleep now, it'll just feel better for me if that process happens naturally - rather than feeling I really depend on this medicine to get it done everyday.

I personally have great difficulty sleeping due to my high anxiety levels. I went to my doctor who ran me through the mill and decided to try a medication and see if it works. She put me on Xanax and it did work to help me sleep, the problem was that it hindered me in other areas. I now only take it on nights in which I find I am having a hard time falling asleep as it knocks me out rather quickly. I have found that it works really well for me.

Well, I'm glad to hear that it works out for you and that you're doing better now, that's what really matters. I have tried Xanax in the past as well but for depression/anxiety fighting, not really for sleeping and it did not work well for me. It was just like any another anti-depressant. If you ever feel like changing your medicament, look for Stillnox (Zolpidem is the clinical name), I vividly recommend :) Thanks for your answer.
