In my view, there ia availability of all vitamins in nature in trees, plants, leaves, roots, food crops, vegetables and so on,But because of busy schedule we are prefer to take vitamins in the shape of tablets when ever required. Is it proper?

I also have that issue in mind. I once told friends that if we eat healthy foods (preferably organic) in abundance, we don't need to take vitamins. That will keep our body healthy as well as our pocket's healthy, right? Especially that some of these supplements is rather expensive. I even encountered a supplement which according to the salesmen, is the most advanced supplement in the market. Thus justified the crazy price.

Hi friend,i too agree your response.Where ever possible i will try to educate people take different natural food instead of synthetic preparations. For example if you take 1[Amla,citrus-give resistance to body. 2]Turmeric-Act as anticancer.Like carrot, tomato, apple, banana, straw berry, dates, honey etc..every natural food having their own speciality in giving vitamins.
