Is pay4surf a scam or good site?

I need to ask before join and spend some bucks?, do you know if somebody have a proof of payment from pay4surf. Do you know if This is a scam???.
Or a good Site. sorry but I'm just looking for my knowledge.

I'm still waiting for my payment. I requested on 27/08/09. I hope it's not a scam.
Anyway, I use pay4surf to generate hits to my sites.

This is a very good site! I'm using it right now actually. You get paid 1x per week. $0.10 minimum to cash out! I've made over $20 with this site so far.
