this question is intended for anyone who has trouble sleeping. Have you ever been laying in bed trying to go to sleep. and right when you are about to doze off you get an adrenaline rush, similar to what happen when you get scared or angry? how often?

By the time insomnia played, i read your topic at the same time! Coincidence. Feels like insomnia, who oohw. Feels like insomnia! My theory for this one goes like this: I think most of the people who have trouble sleeping are the ones who only stay at home and nothing else. They haven't wasted their energy earlier the day so it's hard to sleep at night. Compared to those who have work during the morning, they don't have a hard time falling asleep.

This happens a lot to me, I think as soon as my head hits the pillow my brain wakes up, I do far too much thinking at night..
