Rain sufficient / insufficient

Hi
Now a days there was very heavy rain in my city. I have seen such rain first time in this seasion. Entire land is full of green grass and trees.
Waht is the situation of rain in your city?
Is it sufficient or not? What impact do you assume if not have sufficient rain?
Share your views.
Is it because of Globle worming.

i think because of global warming there are drastic changes in our environment. sometimes it does'nt rain at all and sometimes it rains that it become floods. and it is all because of global warming. i think in some areas there's not much sufficient rain and in some areas it's flooding so we have to deal with this problem so as to get rid of this global warming problem. that's my view.

It's funny how it's raining like crazy in that area of the world. But here in Cali, we're praying for rain. Our reservoirs are emptying up because we haven't had any significant rain in the past two or three years. Raining here at this point would be highly appreciated at this point.
