Hi football fans,
The intense match had just gone. I feel very sorry for Argentina, lost in such a critical game? It is so unfortunate for Argentina with such a lot talent palyers, such as Messia, Tevaz, Kun Aguero. If she can not pass the South American Qulifier, it would be the regret for all over football fans. Do you watch the game? What's your feeling about it? Look forward to your sharing!

I think Argentina will qualify for the 2010 World Cup even if they have to play the play-off.
They still have 3 more games to play, against Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
Colombia will play against Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile - and if you ask me, Chile is much better than Peru, and Colombia won't have an easy road...
Ecuador will play against Bolivia, Uruguay and Chile - also, more difficult games than Argentina's.
I think Argentina can finish 4th in the group (why not even 3rd?) and they will qualify. Even if they finish 5th, I can't think of a CONCACAF team good enough to beat Argentina in a play-off.

It would be disastrous if Argentina didn't qualify for the 2010 World Cup final. They are the heavyweight of the football world. It is not only the Argentine will cry if they didn't make it there. Most of the fan will cry too.
But I can't see why they can't qualify for that. There is 3 more games to play and they have a better chance to go through compare to their other competitor. If they can't qualify automatically, they will pass the play-off games without much troubles.

Hi sutent,
I miss that match. I totally forgot about it even though we talk about it last night. When I saw the result, I am happy because my favorite team won. Argentina might have a feared strike force but Brazil has a team, a complete team.
Argentina might lost this game but they will qualify for the World Cup Final next year. They are forth in the standing (the last automatic qualifying spot from South America) right now with 22 points. Their main competitor now are Colombia and Ecuador with 20 points each. With only 3 games left to played, it is interesting to see who will qualify automatically and who will have to play a play-off games and who will stay at home.

Hi friend,
If i catch that, i would sent you a message and told the live time. But the result is very good for you, the fans of Brazil. But it is not good for me, as i like Argentina, like Messia.
Thing went on just like you said. Argentina have a strong force, but they can not break the intensive defensive tactics of Brazil. In contrast, Brazil take the biggest flaw of Argentina, the lower height. With three times free kicks, she got two points and one danger. The three point, they got it from a defensive-back.
Just like you said, i still believe that Argentina can qualify at last. If not, that be regretful for every Argentina fans.
Nice to exchange our viewpoint with each other on soccer. You are a very skilled football fan.

I think I should replace some of the football commentator indeed.
Just my lucky guess. And I am very happy that happen. No offense to the Argentina supporter, but Brazil is rock. They are the best in the world. Don't believe it? Just look at the FIFA rank now.

I didn't watch the match. However, I'm not surprised that Brazil won the match. For me, it'll be great for some of the the recognised soccer playing nations like Argentina not to make it to the world cup, South Africa 2010.
For now, Argentinal still stand the chance of making it to the next year's world cup. However, with some three games left, more and more pressure to impress will be on Argentina than their opponents. This situation will make the remaining qualification matches that Argentinal will play to be very difficult indeed. I disagree with those who feel that football world cup will be "deficient" somehow if teams like Argentina don't qualify. It's rather a prove that other nations have come of age.
So far so good for Brazil, having virtually qualified for the world cup, they'll be more at ease as they play their remaining qualification matches.

I expect both Argentina and Brazil to qualify for the World Cup. They are world class team that will only perform at their best during the World Cup, and not in the middle of the league or other competitions. Argentina is forth in the group, but just 2 points away, so don't rule them out so fast!

I am not surprised that Brazil defeated Argentina so easily. Argentina has lost to Brazil in recent 3 matches from federation cup final 2005. Brazilian football lead by Dunga is no longer magnificent but more practical. Maradona is definitely not a competent coach and his team has declined from the world top. Argentina has no guarantee to beat strong teams like Germany and Netherlands with its weak defence. Argentina needs a new coach and tall, well built players.
