mylot discussions reached their saturation.........

Discussion the same topic is not repeating the same opinion.Actually we talk some same things in daily life.But in different time,we have a different idea of the same thing.There are so many unexpected things in our life.We will change.Thus i think repeating the topic with sharing our experience will bring up valuable ideas.

I am a member for over a year now. I posted a lot of discussions with a lot of different topics. Most of my discussions in the gets repeated or has similar post, posted later or maybe I made it similar to posts created earlier than mine. You maybe true that discussions here reached saturation, but we can still create unique ones, if we try to post things about our personal experiences. These kinds of discussions I made before never got repeat though may still have similarities to experiences of other people and members here.

We can try to post more discussions that require thought and debate. That would cut down on the repeated discussions and also raise the quality of the existing ones! This would be a great start to improving the discussions.

I try to ignore it because I have my days but I don't think its ground for regulation thats just the nature of mylot. Sometimes the fun is shifting through all the conversations and finding the one that suits your taste for that particular day I try not to take the whole 'mylot' thing too serious, its not necessary.

Hello friend, actually there is no any facility to see all the discussions held on mylot even it is not possible. There is one possibility that mylot admin provide a indexed discussion archive so that one can see which discussions have been published on mylot. If a new myloter joins, he doesn't know about discussions and comments so he just ask very general questions like do u like ice cream or about mobile something.It is just obvious. If we will start new and fresh discussions then only other will be motivated. I mean as you have started this discussion.It is really new. Have a nice day. Keep mylotting.

Hello thedeathknight I agree with you, I am new here and find it really hard to come up with something to ask, when I go through the discussions I always find everything I have thought about asking, so what should we do, well I usually just respond and when something comes to mind I start a discussion other than that responding works well for me, not sure what can be done about this issue the more people join the harder it will be, only thing I can suggest is to look into your life or the lives of others around you and just try to be as unique as possible in hopes that someone here have not been through or posted what it is you are thinking lol

hi thedeathknight no mylot discussions have not reached their limits as there may be only so many topics to use but most of the discussions you may notice dwelt on completely different aspects of some same subjects. and there are numerous ways to make discussions that spin off of another discussion but it is absolutely different so I dont think we need worry. and there are many many topics one could pick; I might write about how teachers who are women still do not get p;aid the same wages as a man. you may write about how you think that teachers have it so much easier than others because they are off work during the summers. we both talked About teachers yes but our discussions were altogether different.

but i think that there are always discussions once a while that we can make that has not been made before. cause we have our own unique experiences in life and we have our own story to tell so i think if make discussions out of them that we can create original one and not just similar to the old topics. i too like to make a topic out of the experiences i had lately or long before so it is something i am pretty sure unique and will have a personal thing to it.

When I start a discussion I try to think of a topic that's unique. I search the existing discussions first to see if there's already a similar discussion. If there is already a similar discussion, I don't start one anymore and simply answer the existing one. I think we should all do a search in the discussions first before starting a new one to avoid duplication.

According to me discussions are like stories & music. Do you think Music will ever become saturated? Every now & then there is new music being introduced. You can create any story from your imagination or from real life. So I think we can easily come up with more & more topics for discussions Happy Lotting

I think that not all mylotters have read all the posts that's why they keep repeating them. Some of them may just be generally curious and is time pressured to browse through the questions posted.

It really shouldnt be that difficult to think of different subjects for discussion. I mean, you can talk about anything. Do you have ANY IDEA of how many things there are in the world (or out of this world, for that matter!!!) Maybe people need some creativity, or are just to afraid of backlash if they post a "sensative" subject. Maybe its time for a new breed of discussion posters! :)
