culture smart or science intelligent?

I may not be qualified on the subject but I will try. it seems the real comparison is culture and science ... the complexity is caused by "culture" having more that 164 definitions [wikipedia.org] 1. Is culture helping science? sometimes 2. Is science helping culture? perhaps always 3. Is culture impeding developments in science ? sometimes 4. Is science impeding development in culture ? perhaps never 1. For instance, it seems a culture like the US and UK puts scientific development in the top priority. It's about excellence and the determination to control the world :) (opinion only) 2. For instance, when enhancements in the arts are made using new technology development by , we know what, science isn't it? 3. For instance, does India perform extensive research on domestic cows? 4. Science is based on evidence and facts. Science does not care what tradition is.
