Water is essential to good health, yet needs vary by individual. these guides lines can help ensure drink enough fluids. How much water should drink each day? A simple question with no easy answer studies. have produced varying recommendation over the year,but in truth your water needs defend on many factors,including your health how active you are and where you live.

Hi jen14ed ,ever before I read a few material about health ,it says one should drink eight glasses of water (200 ml of a glass),but most people don't drink so much everyday ,maybe you are right ,how much water what we need depend on many facters ,suchu as individual health ,energy what you consumed , the weather ,and so on .But don't you drink water only if you feel thirsty .

hi jen14ed I try to drink from 8 to 10 glasses of
water a day or else I get horrid leg cramps at
night from dehydration. we should all drink enough
water as we are composed mainly of water.we need it
for good health. but we dont have to drink a gallon of
it, just enough.

Since 75% of our body is made up of water we need to drink plenty of water a day. Water helps to transport minerals, vitamins, nutrients, etc to our organs that without water we will fall sick. On an average we should drink 1-2 litres of water a day. This includes the water content in fruits or food we eat or the tea we drink. If you are physically active, for example a footballer or badminton player then more water is need.This is to replace the water you lose when to perspire. Obviously, on a hot day we drink more water to quench our thirst. I drink

I agree that water is essential good for your health and it also completely helps your digestion and some what prevents you from further constipation when ever your pooping out. that's why recently i stop drinking soda like coke because it ain't good for me anymore even if i don't have sickness.

Hi there!
You're right. And among the benefits that we can get from drinking lots of water, my favorite is how it makes our metabolism work faster. It also do wonders to our skin without having to spend much money or undergo painful procedures. I guess that the more water we can drink, the better.

It really depends on the time of year and how active I am on a certain day. If it is cold and I am lazy, maybe only 8, but if it is hot and I work out, it could be as many as 16 some days. Whatever I need to feel hydrated I guess.

i take about 10 glasses of water in a day..or so..
i think wate ri s very essentail to wash away our impurities...

well you should drink at least 2 liters of water everyday but i don't drink even 1 liter :) i just drink about 2-3 max glass of water, well most of the time i don't even drink in a glass i drink it directly from the water bottle so, i don't drink much water. i have heard that if you drink enough water, it keeps your skin glowing and your bladder will also be good :) i think i will start drinking at least a liter in a day. i live in india it's quiet hot now a days n my water intake is very less :(

Hi,I only drink about 2 glasses of water everyday since I don't think water tastes good.I eat porridge as ma breakfast and I will add a soup to my diet in order to supply enough water for my body.But I really don't know if it is right to replace water by these foods.

Oh, i drink a LOT of water, proably about 8-10 glasses a day, it varies . I drink more if it's summer of i'm excersizing though .
