Well for me it is winavi converter but sometime it can't convert some files but it convert really fast for me yea .

xilisoft ultimate video converter.. easy to use, slow but convert a video clearly..

I think TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER is best.AS it can convert video files to many format and also you can convert videos for your cellphones. :)
