IMRC problem!!!...

Guys, I have a serious problem with IMRC. I cannot cashout my credits. Here are my stats:
Comments written: 40
Earned from comments: 2000
Total credits: 6106
Cashed out: 3105
Available: 3001
But still I get this error:-
"You are not eligible to cash out any credits right now. Your personal comment-to-total credit ratio is only 25%"
Please help me. Is there any problem with my account or I can't just understand their TOS?

I have read that somewhere before i think it is in their fine print...but you are not eligible to cash out your earnings unless 50% (or was it 40%--im not sure anymore about the ratio) should be from written comments.. they encourage members to write more comments than grade and rate other comment..i guess you have to write more comments before you can cash it out at a later time
