My Lot Admin Please Help My Task?

I have order a task with Mylot sevices, but suddenly My task are pending without notice from mylot, and right now my fund are still hanging there for about $7.2. My task was available for 30 people and right now still available for 22 people but why suddenly mylot pending them so suddenly and i have no where to contact the admin to get some explanation and about the rest of my money. I have try to click the contact bar in the bottom of this page but nothing come up, only a drag question that have it answer from faq (frequently ask question). Please tell me where i can get my explanation and where i can contact the admin?
