short or long hair for women?

in the past, i had preferred to wear my hair short. this maybe because i feel i look neat with it and mostly because my hair is only a few step to qualify being "kinky" and it is giving me a problem on how to manage it.
for the past year, i have tried to grow it long and i found ways to manage disarray, curly hair. while it is still damp from bathing, i apply hair polish to manage it and i think i like my new hairstyle (and lots of my friends, too).
what do u like women's hair to be, short or long? why?

I prefer long hair for women, long atleast till shoulders. Now if the hair is too short, I feel a boyish look & she won't be attractive at all compared to long hair. Even going by the tradition girls should have long hair.

thank you to all respondents. i am not cutting my hair short anymore, hahahaha.
yes, it is nice to have long hair. with the long hair, i can style it differently according to how i want it to be. with the short hair, it is the same style all the time. and, i am always fascinated with paper clips and hair ornaments.

I haven't posted much here on mylot but hair is one topic that I am passionate about. Especially Long hair. And I could be the head of it since my hair is near classic length and I'm an adult. If definitely makes me feel more feminine and it's fun to have it rub against my whole back. You do have to adjust to longer lengths though. It gets caught in doorways and such but it is worth it. I hope you do grow your long. Classic and longer may be a bit much for some girls/women but I love mine!

my hair is short.nowadays i am trying to make it long.but my husband doesn't like long hair.when i was in school i like short hair.because it is easy to handle.but now i am a house wife. so i have the time to care my hair.so now i am trying to grow it.

I used to prefer my hair to be short, because it was easy to manage, plus it is a lot cooler in the summer. Especially since I play a lot of sports and am an athletic person.
But as I got old, it seemed like a lot of people mistook me. So I decided to grow it long. Now, it was still hard to manage long, so the next thing I decided to do was to grow it all one length. Since my hair is straight and thin, it isn't too difficult to manage. And it looks a little bit better on me.

me too, i have always been sporting a very short hair because of its manageablity. it is only only years now that i have stopped having a haircut and have grown it long.
i like it now, i can style it differently everyday.

I have problems before when I wanted to cut my hair short, my hubby would protest. I did cut it last year, but it was only shoulder length though. I was thinking of getting it MUCH shorter just an inch below the ears. However, now, whenever I said I was thinking of cutting my hair short, his response was, 'okay, darling, do what you feel is comfortable'... Hmmm... Maybe he is getting bored with me in long hair already!! 
Seriously, I love having long hair. I guess it's because it fits my personality and facial features, but why not try a new vibrant style once in a while, right?!

I have got a long hair just because of the first reason my mom's gene... She has got a very thick and very long hair. Inspired by that i started growing my hair long.... Many use to tease me for having applied oil over my hair all the long but guys love my lengthy hair. just applying oil to the root will grow our strands to the maximum then when adding white part of egg nutrients are added to your hair which makes it glow.
