hello! my all friend i am pakistani ,here is not available pay pal facility , than can i use for my payment alertpay account , for mylot ?

Mylot pays only through Paypal and if paypal doesnot support your country then i there are two things you can do-
1.Change your country
2.Change your interest and quit mylot.LOL

hi according to my knowledge my lot pays only through paypal. http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx. check read the terms under mylot payments first point.

At the moment mylot don't offer any other option other then paypal. You can wait (it will take sometime to get to you to make 10$) may be till then you get any other option available from mylot.. or may be paypal start offering service in pakistan.
btw i am also pakistani.. and know many pakistanis who use mylot.
