To change something immediately is very difficult so what you can do is you can make your watches & clocks forward by an hour. Never think to yourself about the actual time. If you get up from sleep at 7 & you have to go by 9, don't think that the watch is an hour fast & go back to sleep for sometime. Initially you will find trouble to adjust to your new timings, but later on you will get used to & you can then reduce the timing to 30 mins & so on.

I was always late for school or company. The thing that I can do is to set my watch forward. Ten or fifteen minutes. Just don't think of this when you look at your watch. You just look at your watch and remind yourself you should leave now, or you will be late.

maybe change all your clocks back a bit, don't know how much to tell you because I don't know how late you usually are. This may work, or you may think, duh I set clocks back. If you think you'll do that have someone else set your clocks back and not tell you how much they did it for.
