don't care???

if they don't care if you or stay, they don't care about you. it don't matter if they said it out of anger or if they were trying to hurt you. that could be one of the most selfish things anyone can say to another person.

I am a self made man. It does't matter if someone tells me that they don't care me. I will always have concern for the other person next to me , especially in difficulties, irrespective whether he cares for me or not. I have no condition for loving or caring the other person who is interacting with me. I will always go forward to help the next person whom I come across and who may be in need of help.

To me it says you should go and keep your self-respect. That person obviously doesn't appreciate you.

I think that everyone before me has answered the way that i would. If i told my partner i did not care if he stayed or went. To me that would mean that my feelings were not their any more, and that i did not care anymore.

it proves that she/he doesn't care or give a damn about me. it's telling me that i don't exist at all. probably, that person has a problem and in need of a really huge space

I suggest to talk to that person when he or she is calm. Hurtful words that they don't mean sometimes are said when they feel angry or frustrated.

I'd assume that, if they weren't bothered either way, then I may as well do whatever I wanted. I'd do whichever suited me best. If I needed a roof over my head I'd stay for purely practical reasons but I wouldn't be falling over myself to be there for that persons convenience.

that would register negatively to me, personally. to me, it would mean he is okay if i leave him and that he does not care nor have feelings for me anymore. if he says it is okay if i stay, oh well, seems to me he is just "forced" to be with me as i am staying. i don't like people who does not stand on a "fixed" ground. i would rather be with someone who is decisive and mature.
