what distance can you think bluetooth reach next device

i just bought new pc but it bluetooth did not function with my cell phone.can any one tell me what to do?

Maybe you have to check the settings of your bluetooth device in your computer to see if it is active and if ever if it not active then this is the problem as to why you were not able to send and receive any files by bluetooth. I have a laptop and the bluetooth is always active once I open the laptop.

it depends upon bluettoth device u use...some o the devices can cover a single room some can cover more rooms...since bluetooth operates on licensed free zone it varies from one bluetoooth device to the other..
