I been useing craiglist for like 3 years trying to find a girl and all i get are fake emails or girls wanting me to join there web site and pay money or i find a girl and they never reply back, what's going on am i the only person on there who can't find anybody?

Go to person.com, make a profile, be active on forums, keep a blog inthere, make yourself known WITHOUT asking for a relationship, except for inside your profile.
rate pictures, they also have another "game" named something with flirt (is you put 3 question, you answer and rate other 3 questions and choose a fav answer to your quest sometime you "check" a match which may lead to some more dialogue after .. they have a chat, videochat ... Is the only site where peoples does not look for make money or just one night stand.
