Google internet group launch Google Book to publish scanned books online, but some are opposing it, Germany have summited written complaint against it. But the European Union's Media commissioner backed google's deal. Although it draw some criticism, is it really a problem if the author and publisher allowed google and made a deal with them to publish their works online.
