I don't know its a scam or not but there have been some new issues with it 1.They wont pay you in 24 hours as they claim.According to the new TOS they will pay you in 10 days after requesting 2.According to admin standard members can request payout only 3 times.I don't know if it is in a month or a year or as a whole so these are issues with slobux.I am waiting for my payment if it crosses 10 days then i think it will be a scam.. lets wait and see

I requested the payment on 4/9/09 so according to them my payment should be made around 14th or 15th of this month. I will tell after that..

i just requested for payout.. will see. if i dont get payed within 10 days its sure to be scam. and i also noticed that the total payed amount displayed at the top of the site has not changed so they dint pay anyone for a while..
