Does Neobux instant payment mean Autopay?

When someone cashes out his minimum payout, does neobux pay its cash to paypal automatically? Or does admin test or review my activities for cashout? Does Neobux pay its payment immediately as soon as someone requests the payment ?

No it does not mean automatic payout.Once you reach the minimum payout you can request the payout and once you confirm your paypal email then the money is instantly transferred...
