Google adsense account rejected

hi friends ,i want some help from you i submitted my application to google for approval of google adsense sadly they rejected my account,replying Page type further details: 1.Your website must be your own top-level domain (www.example.com and not www.example.com/mysite). 2.You must provide accurate personal information with your application that matches the information on your domain registration. 3.- Your website must contain substantial,original content. Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies: but my site follows all the above rules ,what is the fault can anyone help me i contacted them but no response from them .this is my site ,you can get an idea by looking at this what could be the problem http://shanker4u.110mb.com
