Yup, over eating or gluttony is the sin. Add walking to the physical exercises. Not very strenuous. Making life fresher is a great idea. Will pass it on to everyone.

Hi I'm not a professional nutritionist and I believe I'm lucky, I think having a balanced diet is definitely good for our health. I don't believe in taking slimming pills or such like. Will power is probably the key! If you love those chocolates or other food, perhaps you should think of a replacement strategy like when you're craving for chocolates, go for a walk instead, play piano... or something like that. Good health is the most precious thing we have in life, so don't abuse it :)

Hello Pretteen, Well at least you are able to see that you have a problem. It's probably best to try to get it under control while you still have time on your side. First off you need to stop eating all those sweets, you should limit yourself to just one a week or something like that. Don't bother with trying the pills because that's not a good solution. They will only have you in for further letdown. Simply using self control. Form good eating habits, focusing on fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water will do it. Oh and don't forget to exercise. Don't put yourself around lots of sweets if you know they are a temptation for you. Wishing you all the best, Happy mylot..........
PS: If you are a girl, you should go out and buy yourself a new bathing suit, in the size that you want to be. Then hang it up so that you can see it every day. Let it be your motivation for getting healthier.
If you are a guy, get you a gf and a set of weights, then let her tell you how nice your muscles are looking......... Hee hee hee

hi pretteen! first of all i would just like to say that eating is not a sin. it's part of everyday life. gluttony on the other hand, is a sin. i can understand what you're going through when you feel the urge to eat but your mind tells you that you have to lose weight. fighting that appetite is never really easy. and for me, i'm always defeated by my desire to eat. so i can't really give you much advice on controlling your appetite. however, if you're considering taking diet pills then i suggest that you read the labels. some of them contain amphetamines which is addictive. so be careful if ever you decide to take diet pills. in fact, to be safe, don't take them. just try other alternatives to lose weight like exercise or working out. i guess that's about it. goodluck!

its alright to eat but just make sure to watch out for your weight. too much weight is already unhealthy and not good to see physically. i know eating is nice specially those of our favorite foods but think also what will be the result after. its hard to control but once your into it. your body will going to control it. try to cut the amount of food you intake everyday. dont over rush it. just step by step procedure.

Hello! I can't say that I've ever tried to diet to lose weight, but I have definitely battled with trying to give up things that are bad for me! Dr. Pepper is my primary weakness. I know the stuff is horrible for my body in a number of ways, but I just love the taste and fizziness of it! If it is within easy reach, I rarely have the will-power to turn it down. What DOES work for me is to prevent myself from BUYING it. I find that it is much easier for me to stop myself from buying Dr. Pepper than it is to stop myself from drinking it once it is in the house. It's a psycholgical thing, I guess. Maybe this would help with the chocolate for you?
Personally, I'm anti-pill, anti-medication in most situations, especially for weight loss. So many of them make you trade one problem for other types of health problems. There are other things that can help reduce your appetite more safely. For example, increasing your protein and dietary fiber intake. Foods high in protein and dietary fiber break down more slowly so you don't feel hungry as often. You can even find cereals and snack foods that are high in these and have a little chocolate thrown into them! :) Also, green tea helps reduce cravings for sweets and is high in antioxidants - very good for you! I would recommend trying some changes like that before blowing your money on diet pills.
Good luck and have a great day! :)

yeah i know what you mean. there were times when i decided to lose weight, but for a few days, i just cudnt maintain the diet i decided for myself. but then i toughed up and decided that's it. i wud never lose weight if i kept giving in to my cravings. but now i dont need to lose weight, but i maintain regular walks to keep myself in shape. and eat anything i want... maybe u shud try that...
