Need Help with profile

I try to add html sortie, but it won't save. Anyone else have this problem? I can't figure out what I may be doing wrong. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. It's just hit and miss and it's driving me nuts! When I click to save, it just disappears to an empty box.
